BIOGRAPHY

Sherra Blackburn is an attorney and real estate investor with a JD from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Western Carolina University. She has held key legal positions, including Assistant Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice and Attorney at the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. She is also active in civic duty, having served as an election worker and precinct judge.
